COVID-19 STATEMENT

As the world adjusts to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), delivery is inevitably affected. Every country and region is facing shipping delays on different levels.

In response to the covid-19 pandemic, Three Poodle takes all safety precautions to handle and distribute our products! Three Poodle team will do our best to keep you updated and informed about your order during this time as new information becomes available. DELIVERY

Once received, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

For US/Canada Customers, free shipping is available on orders over $59. 

For the European Union and the Rest of the world Customers, whether it can be shipped or not depends on different situations.

 

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
